Assist with billing collections and insurance-related queries.
Coordinate with third parties such as insurance providers to resolve account questions.
Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with patients.
Cross-train and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and effective backup coverage.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
Maintain reliability through punctuality strong attendance and teamwork.
