We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactivePlanner/Schedulerto join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing maintaining and adjusting the production schedule on the shop floor based on customer requirements material availability and operational capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in amake-to-order manufacturing environmentand will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and maintain theproduction schedulefor the shop floor in alignment with customer delivery requirements.


Create production ordersandmodify them as neededwithin the MRP system to reflect changes in demand material availability or production capacity.


Reviewmaterial demandlead times andETAto ensure alignment with the production schedule.


Coordinate withPurchasingInventory andProductionteams to resolve material shortages or delays.


Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or capacity.


Collaborate withProject ManagersProduction Supervisors andEngineeringto ensure schedule feasibility and accuracy.


Identify and communicate potential scheduling conflicts or risks to delivery timelines.


Maintain accurate records of production schedules changes and justifications.


Participate in daily/weekly production meetings to provide updates and gather input.


Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and production planning.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations or related field (or equivalent experience).


5 plus years experience in a planner/scheduler role.


Proven experience as aPlanner/Schedulerin amanufacturing environment preferably make-to-order.


Strong understanding ofproduction planningmaterial requirements planning (MRP) andinventory control.


Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.


Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.


Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

ADA Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Office environment; Typing sitting standing walking. Constant mental and/or visual attention; the flow of work requires focused detailed attention while working at a computer monitor.

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; And this job operates in a plant where you are exposed to extreme temperatures and loud noises.

Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
