Our Penrose Auckland team are looking for an Asphalt Paving Foreperson to join their team. Youll lead a team of paving labourers/operators and direct operations to ensure that work is completed to a high standard. Working alongside the Supervisor youll carry out toolbox meetings run crew brief plans and work together to complete Asphalt Paving. Youll also be involved in other duties which may include operating our modern machinery.

You will ideally be an experienced specialist in asphalt paving.

You will bring with you experience in asphalt paving and leading a crew. Youll easily be able to deal with unexpected events and provide direction to your team.You will also have:

• A class 2 full New Zealand drivers licence (WTR and DG endorsements are beneficial)

• Previous experience as a foreperson desirable

• An organised and systemic approach to working environment
