Custodian and Facilities Maintenance Associate- 2nd shift

This is a role within Systems Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Sweep mop vacuum and scrub floors and other surfaces as needed; follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment and (ii) Clean and sanitize restrooms fixtures and common areas; replenish supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms fixtures and common areas; replenish supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles ensure proper disposal
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs unclogging drains etc.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with setup and tear-down for events and meetings
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Groups and Systems reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
