Litigation - Associate (Mid to Senior Level) - Sacramento

Job Requirements

Qualifications for this position are:

• Extensive experience analyzing researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss summary judgment and class certification motions writs and appeals;

• Successfully argued motions;

• Taken and defended depositions;

• Trial preparation experience;

• Solid writing skills;

• Ability to be strategic and analytical;

• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates; and

• Case management experience.

Law Review experience preferred. Candidates must have solid academic performance from a top law school and be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

• $250000- $325000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
