Key job responsibilities
- Define develop and build business critical metrics and reports across all business levers and key performance indicators
- Own and develop key reports and metrics that are consumed by our executive leadership team and partner organization.
- Provide thought leadership in deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators.
- Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders both in and out of the team
- Automate reporting for regular metrics identify areas of opportunity to automate scale ad-hoc analyses build and inform BI tool improvements.
- Partner with engineering product and business to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement.

- 2 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau QuickSight MicroStrategy PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g. Python Java or R)
- Bachelors degree

- Masters degree or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis co-relation analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $165600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
