About the Role
A dynamic legal team is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing cases through all stages of litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters including commercial tort real estate and contract disputes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of civil litigation from case initiation through resolution
Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and legal memoranda
Represent clients in court appearances mediations and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and litigation plans
Provide responsive client-focused legal support and guidance
Contribute to team meetings and maintain regular case status updates

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a state bar
4 years of experience in civil litigation
Proficient in legal research writing and courtroom advocacy
Experience handling matters involving real estate contracts torts or commercial law
Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Qualifications

Bankruptcy law experience
Prior clerkship with an appellate or federal court
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Client service mindset and collaborative work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100000.00 - $175000.00 per year
