Commercial Lines Apprentice

HUB is looking for a full-time Commercial Lines Apprentice to join our team in West Fargo ND or Eden Prairie MN. If youre a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career we encourage you to apply.

This in-person apprenticeship program requires you to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will become a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty License and secure a full-time position with HUB International 6th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

Requirements

• College Graduates Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before January 2026 and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity.
• College Graduates/Undergraduates Preferred area of study include but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance Marketing Communications General Business Management Economics & Finance.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities. We will require proof of work authorization.
• If selected for the HUB Apprenticeship Program apprentices will execute companys nondisclosure agreement which requires among other things post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation confidentiality and non- disclosure.

Timeline

• Resumes will be accepted through October 30th 2025.
• Initial Screening : Applicant with the required skills & qualifications will be notified to take a work style assessment (administered by Culture Index) as part of the initial screening process.
• Final Screening : Candidates selected from the initial screening will be scheduled to meet with a Selection Panel from the HUB Management Team. Final selection of apprentices to participate in the program will be notified no later than 12/5/2025.
• The Apprenticeship Program will commence on Monday January 12th 2026.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $20 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
