Now Hiring: Full-Time Gymnastics Coach
Location: Flower Mound TX
Schedule: Full-Time (Includes evenings and weekends)

Are you passionate about coaching and developing gymnasts at every level Were looking for a dedicated energetic and experienced Full-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our team!

About the Role:

As a key member of our coaching staff you will be responsible for leading and assisting with both team-level gymnastics (Xcel and/or USAG) and recreational gymnastics classes. The ideal candidate is versatile team-oriented and enthusiastic about helping athletes of all ages grow in skill confidence and love for the sport.

Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience with competitive Xcel levels and/or compulsory/optional team programs
Strong ability to teach recreational gymnastics to ages 3
Up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics safety protocols drills and skill progressions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Excellent communication skills with parents athletes and co-workers
Reliable organized and professional with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within our program

Bonus Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for class management athlete evaluations and planning
Familiarity with lesson planning and athlete tracking software is a plus
