The Role
As a Learning Designer youll:
- Design and develop high-quality online lifelong learning courses.
- Apply best-practice instructional design to ensure content isengaging inclusive and pedagogically sound.
- Collaborate with project managers SMEs and colleagues to deliver projects on time and to standard.
- Translate course architectures into engaging online topics activities and assessment tasks
- Drive continuous improvement in curriculum design and learner experience.
About You
Wed love to hear from you if you bring:
- Extensive experience ininstructional/learning designfor adult learners.
- Strong knowledge of online learning including current issues like assessment integrity and generative AI.
- Advanced attention to detail communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with learning technologies and LMS platforms.
