Job Summary

Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of QA Coordinator at the Rhinelander facility. This will be a 7am - 3pm Mon. - Fri. position reporting to the Pre-Press Manager.

Qualified candidates must be able to work all shifts and overtime when required

Key Responsibilities:

Clean Press aniloxes

Complete routine maintenance on anilox cleaning equipment

Facilitate anilox re-etch shipments and receipts

Update anilox database as necessary

Clean Cold Seal Cylinders

Facilitate cylinder re-etch shipments and receipts

Update database accordingly

Inspection of cylinders (new & in-process)

Loading of cylinders into vertical storage unit

Monthly calibration of vertical storage unit

Initiate order process for new cylinders

Review production schedule and react to H/R dates for cylinder needs

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Computer including Excel Word PRISM

Ability to be self-directed and multitask

Timely completion of tasks

Consistently execute LSW

Must have strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills; and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts orally and through written communication i.e emails and verbal conversations
