HIRING FOR Corporate Security -BASKING RIDGE NJ

Full Time and Part time

$17.00 an hour

ONLY HIRING FOR:

BASKING RIDGE NJ

Full time and Part time positions available.

WILL include weekends and possibly be outside positions.

Some examples of shifts available:

Saturday - Sunday2:00p to 10:00 P

Varies- Must work weekends0600-1400 / 1400-2200
Saturday - Sunday0600-1400
M-F0600-2:00pm (OUTSIDE post)

Saturday - Sunday0600-1400
M-F2:00p- 10:00p

Have prior Security Officer experience of at least 1- 3 years or demonstrate the ability to responding to emergency or stressful situations
Must have a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
Ability to work in outside elements including hot cold and wet weather
Have a HS diploma or GED
Have a verifiable work history
Have a reliable means of transportation Drivers License and clean motor vehicle record.
Must possess or acquire a valid NJ State Security SORA license
18 years of age or older.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to write clear concise reports.
Basic computer and surveillance system knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer-related situations.
Must have great attention to detail and have the ability toremain vigilant throughout shift
Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
Monitor and control accessto the site from the guard booth
Assist visitors employees and vendors as needed
