Job Summary

In our PMO (Programme Management Office) Analyst role youll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of projects and programmes within our organisation. This role involves coordinating programme and project activities ensuring adherence to established methodologies and providing key insights and data analysis to aid decision-making. PMO Analysts are the linchpins who help drive efficiency and effectiveness in project and programme execution.

Location: Hybrid - minimum of 1 day p/week in either our Rushden Milton Keynes Peterborough or Boston offices.

Salary: Up to 40600 per annum

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am 5.15pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch)

Snapshot of your role

This is what your day will look like as our PMO Analyst:

  • Enabling governance reporting drive project and programme cadence and ensure teams are aligned with strategic priorities and PMO standards.
  • Conduct rigorous reviews of project reporting and artefacts ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance.
  • Take charge of insights and analyticsconsolidate and interpret project data to influence decision-making highlight risks and track benefits and budgets with precision.
  • Stakeholder engagementfacilitate clear communication across the programme manage key meetings and ensure actions and decisions are followed through.
  • Be the engine behind PMO tools and processesmanage core systems like SharePoint and PPM tools and empower teams through training and continuous improvement.
  • Champion transformationidentify opportunities to enhance delivery embed lessons learned and drive innovation across the PMO function and wider division

Your toolkit for success

To thrive in our PMO Analyst role youll need:

  • Previous experience in a PMO or project management role with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Previous experience of key PMO processes such as RAID change control and actions management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Previous utilisation of project management tools
  • Adaptable to work in both structured and ambiguous situations adjusting when expectations change.
