Center Administrator (Contract Role)
Location: York PA 17402
Duration: 9 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM End: 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekly Pay: $2400 $2600; (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure efficiency and compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Manage and supervise center staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor center finances including budgeting billing purchasing and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure the center is properly equipped and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field (required).
- Current and active license in West Virginia.
- Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare administration or center management (required).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
