Hospital Call: Mon-Sun

Locum tenens will cover 2 hospitals: Longs Peak & Broomfield (Transfers only)

Ureteroscopy

Preferred Procedures:

Laparoscopic surgeries
Radical Prostatectomy
Nephrectomy
Prostatectomy

Robotic Surgery
TRUS biopsies

Travel Requirements:

Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
Flights - Up to $750 RT cap
Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - $150/night before taxes and fees
Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
