Base Salary: Up to $280K (starting) annually
Annual CME Stipend: $2500 annually
Provider Incentive: Opportunity to earn up to $4100 quarterly
Retention Bonus: Up to a 3% annual increase until the max salary scale is reached followed by a lump-sum bonus

Responsibilities:

Perform the professional services of an Obstetrician/Gynecologist
-
Establishes clinical standards and assists in developing policies procedures and programs with the Medical Director
-
Provides comprehensive ambulatory and inpatient care including assessment diagnosis treatment counseling referrals and follow-up through hospital partnerships
-
Delivers OB/GYN services including prenatal care deliveries surgical coverage and continuity of care from admission to discharge
-
Supervise and collaborate with three nurse practitioners while also working closely with midwives physician assistants and other providers to deliver seamless patient-centered care for women and families
-
Supervises students and interns in clinical training and promotes a positive professional image of the organization
-
Maintains accurate documentation fulfills continuing education requirements participates in call schedule and adheres to safety standards
Education Needed:
-
MD from a recognized medical school
-
Licensed to practice medicine in Alabama or eligible to become licensed
-
Completed one year of internship & at least one year experience in ambulatory healthcare
-
Completion of residency in obstetrics & gynecology
