Job Summary
SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace
Required Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
Required Experience: More than 6 years of experience in SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace
Role Description:
Should have 6yrs overall experience in SuccessFactors (any module)
Minimum 1 project experience in SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace
Should be certified any SuccessFactors Module
Configure and customize the Opportunity Marketplace module to meet specific business requirements. This includes setting up intelligent recommendations search criteria and user permissions
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Learning Career Development Planning and Recruiting
Manage and maintain data used for generating intelligent recommendations including user profiles skills and career aspirations
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the Opportunity Marketplace. This includes resolving integration issues and ensuring system stability
Good communication skills and ability to explain solutions in simple language.
