HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our past 24/25 season we have grown into a global movement spanning 5 continents.

The global HYROX team is seeking a passionate relationship-driven Junior Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team in London.

As HYROX continues its global expansionwith over 100 events planned for the 25/26 seasonthis role is pivotal in delivering world-class experiences to our athletes and partners alike. As a key part of the Global Partnership Team you will play a critical role in ensuring our partnerships enhance the athlete journey and drive HYROXs continued success.

This role will support the execution of our global partnerships and ensure the efficient delivery of the team. They will manage key deliverables for the global partnership team such as asset production content development event activations reporting and ticketing. This role will also be the Partnership Manager for 1-2 of our international or global partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Partnership Manager
  • Partnership Manager for 1-2 of our international or global partners
  • Key responsibilities include: Day to day partner POC & relationship; Internal lead & representative for partner; Delivery & execution for partnership; Market support; Invoicing & reporting
  • Alongside the Global Senior Partner Manager you will play a key part in the partner strategy inc. retention and growth opportunities
• Team Support
  • Manage the sampling efforts and execution of our global partners
  • Working closely with other departments this person will support key partnership initiatives e.g. ticketing asset production and content development
  • Support global reporting needs via data collection analysis and report preparation.
• General
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Marketing Athlete Services Operations)
  • HYROX race attendance especially ones strategically important to your partners
  • As part of the Global Partnership Team support local teams ways of working and general vertical improvements
• Maintain a working understanding of partner agreements to ensure accurate delivery of contractual obligations

Qualifications & Competencies

• 1-2 years prior experience in Partnerships preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
• Highly organized detail-oriented and solutions-focused
• Proven project management abilities and a hands-on proactive approach
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• Experience in working with Google Suite and project management software (e.g. Monday) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and ready to join and support HYROX on-site events
• Positive team-oriented and results driven mindset; ready to support a high growing sport to become a global success story
