Job Summary:
The Change Management Specialist will manage multiple large and complex change management workstreams and projects. This role involves partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand change needs requirements and risks while also coaching them through the change process. The specialist will quickly grasp change needs on complex projects develop and apply change management measures and lead change workstreams.
Location: White Plains New York United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large complex change management workstreams and projects.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand change needs requirements and risks.
- Coach stakeholders through change processes.
- Quickly grasp change needs on large complex projects including organizational processes policies and compliance requirements.
- Develop and apply change management measures and related analytic skills.
- Lead change workstreams and coach project team members on change management requirements and solutions.
- Utilize excellent communication and training skills.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 8 years of experience managing change management programs projects teams and activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) SharePoint and Teams.
- Degree in Environmental Health & Safety Occupational Safety Organizational Psychology/Leadership Project Management Communications or similar.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Graduate work in a related field.
- Certification in Change Management Coaching Project Management or related skillset.
- Experience within the utility industry and/or EH&S function.
