Job description

Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including market research and targeted campaigns for specific crops and regions.
Brand & Content Management: Strengthen brand positioning across all channels through integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) consistent messaging and compelling content creation for various platforms.
Digital Leadership: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO social media and CRM/ZOHO integration. Leverage data analytics to drive digital engagement and improve lead generation.
Relationship Management: Manage and develop relationships with dealers and key customers to strengthen market penetration particularly in plantation and estate segments.
Training & Events: Build internal capacity through training on marketing and digital tools. Organize and represent the company at industry events including trade shows and conferences.
Reporting & Innovation: Prepare detailed performance reports and MIS trackers to monitor marketing ROI and sales. Drive digital transformation initiatives including platform migration and the implementation of new technologies.

Expectations / Requirements

Education: BSc Agri/MSc Agri/ Agri with MBA in Agribusiness or Marketing from reputed institution.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the agriculture industry.
Proven track record in strategic marketing brand building and campaign execution
