Required Skills:
- 8years experience in a recruiting role (or similar) preferably at technology companies with a global presence
- Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fast-paced challenging work environment
- Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practices
- Data-driven approach towards decision making leveraging quantitative insights and analytics to inform and optimize various aspects of the hiring process
