LOCATION: Chelmsford MA
PAY RATE: $22-24/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Interim Secret Clearance required (clearance process begins at offer stage).

• Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Day Shift Full-Time)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

• Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Use measuring instruments and test equipment to meet requirements.

• Accurately record data in test databases and generate reports.

• Troubleshoot and retest electronic assemblies as needed.

• Partner with production quality and engineering teams on process improvements.

Requirements:

• Interim Secret Clearance required (clearance process begins at offer stage).

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to detail punctuality and reliability.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills for timekeeping digital work instructions and reporting.

• Knowledge of ESD procedures and electronic test equipment preferred.

• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics is a plus.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
