Office Manager
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Onsite - Nashville TN
Contract to hire (Once hire full medical vision dental 401k)
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain and coordinate schedules calendars and meeting requests for senior executive.
Responsible for maintaining sensitive files and records.
Coordinate heavy travel schedules.
Arrange meetings conference calls prep meeting rooms for presentations.
Create and modify presentations.
Compose correspondence memos and letters.
Process expense reports check requests and timekeeping (as needed).
Record minutes of monthly meetings.
Perform other misc. office duties such as reviewing mail answering emails and voice mails.

1. Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load. Able to readily adapt to work prioritization changes.
3. Ability to think and operate independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to handle moderately complex assignments with direction but minimal supervision.
5. Highly developed interpersonal organization written verbal presentation coordination and multi-tasking skills.
6. Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders informed about project status and prioritization changes.
8. Ability to operate computer to access email electronic calendars and other basic office software.
9. Advance with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint).
10. Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed (as well as company or community events).
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma with at least 5 years prior experience in an office setting or college degree.
Administrative Assistant Certificate preferred.
Upper level management assistance preferred.
Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
Satisfactory criminal background check.
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
