Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Lead to design develop and manage integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in integration architecture hands-on CPI development and leadership experience to guide technical teams and ensure seamless delivery of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and deployment of integration solutions using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

Work closely with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide architecture guidance and best practices for SAP CPI and integration scenarios.

Manage end-to-end integration processes between SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors Ariba Concur Salesforce and other systems.

Define and implement integration patterns mappings and error handling strategies.

Lead and mentor a team of integration developers providing technical direction and code reviews.

Ensure compliance with security performance and scalability standards in integration solutions.

Collaborate with functional consultants business teams and other IT groups to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage project timelines deliverables and issue resolution related to integration workstreams.

Stay updated with SAP BTP CPI API Management and integration trends to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of overall IT experience with 5 years in SAP integration.

Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP PI/PO.

Experience in integration flows (iFlows) message mapping adapters (OData SOAP REST IDoc SFTP JDBC etc.).

Solid knowledge of SAP BTP API Management and Cloud Connector.

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Ariba Concur S/4HANA or other cloud/SaaS integrations.

Strong understanding of security concepts (OAuth SAML certificates PGP encryption).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and deliver projects on time.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SAP CPI.

Knowledge of event-driven architectures APIs and microservices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
