Job Title: Wind Fleet Electrical Engineer
Location: Juno Beach FL

Job Type: Contract Position

Summary:
Seeking an electrical engineering professional to ensure reliable and efficient operation of wind turbine generators and power distribution systems. Role involves field troubleshooting diagnostics procedure/specification development data-driven operations support and technical leadership in large generator systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate maintain and troubleshoot wind turbine generators and power distribution cables
Diagnose large generator/motor issues using advanced tools (Vibration Monitoring MCSA/ESA endoscopic inspections)
Develop and review procedures specifications and technical documentation
Analyze operational data and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 QMS and related quality standards
Prepare and present technical and financial business cases to leadership
Support field service teams and coordinate project deliverables
Travel to wind sites and vendor facilities as required; climb turbines as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors in electrical engineering or related field
3 5 years hands-on experience with large motors/generators (design manufacturing field)
Knowledge of electromagnetic theory machine dynamics and wind generation systems
Proficiency in diagnostic and condition monitoring tools
Experience with ISO 9001 QMS root cause analysis and technical documentation
Strong communication prioritization and data analysis skills
Willingness for 20% travel and field work/climbing
