Role: Project Manager & EWM Lead/Architect
Work Location: Bismarck ND (Hybrid)
Position Type: 12 months

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU S/4HANA Project/Program Manager with a proven track record in leading SAP implementation and transformation projects within the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience in managing large SAP ISU programs. Responsibilities

Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP ISU S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects.
Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders project teams and vendors.
Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and deliverables.
Ensure alignment with utility industry requirements best practices and regulatory standards.
Facilitate workshops requirements gathering and stakeholder communications.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams ensuring delivery excellence.
Identify risks manage issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Report project status to executive sponsors and governance boards.

Qualifications

10 years of IT Project Management experience with at least 5 years in SAP ISU/S4HANA projects.
Strong background working with Utility clients (Gas Electric or Water).
Deep understanding of SAP IS-U modules (Billing Device Management Customer Service FICA etc.).
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
