Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating forklifts and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Forklift Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. Key Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts to load unload and move materials within the facility - Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition - Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to materials - Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and products moved - Assist with other warehouse duties as needed such as picking and packing orders - Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid forklift operator certification - Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow procedures Contract Details: This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
