Role Overview
SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales role responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a crucial position that supports the overall sales efforts and helps drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities including cold calling email outreach and social media engagement
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research data analysis and personalized outreach
- Schedule discovery calls and demos with qualified leads for the sales team
- Maintain a detailed pipeline and CRM records to track all prospect and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates
- Provide regular reporting on activities metrics and pipeline health
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales customer service or lead generation role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence prospects
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Zoho Salesforce) and email outreach tools (e.g. Instantly)
- Familiarity with the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
- Passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced target-driven environment
