Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical instructions.
- Perform fitting assembly and installation of mechanical components.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of machines equipment and tools.
- Use hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Ensure quality checks and compliance with safety standards.
- Support production operations by ensuring machines run efficiently.
- Maintain records of work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow company policies workplace safety and housekeeping practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of fitting tools equipment and machines.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and precautions.
- Problem-solving attitude and team player.
Preferred Profile:
- ITI Fitter qualification (mandatory).
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at shop-floor level.
