About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a leading fintech player in the region. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance you will play a vital role in driving financial planning and analysis developing and maintaining financial models and supporting key investor relations activities. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making and the companys capital-raising activities directly ensuring the companys sustained growth and long-term success.
What You Will Do
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and presentations highlighting key business drivers performance against budget and opportunities for cost optimization and financial improvement
- Build maintain update financial models and forecasts to support scenario planning business decision-making and long-term strategic growth
- Contribute to strategic war room discussions validating rolling forecasts against financial models and pricing analyses delivering data-driven insights to drive strategic alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams including accounting commercial and data functions to enhance financial processes systems and tools for improved efficiency accuracy and scalability
- Assist in preparing Board of Directors presentations ensuring high-quality materials are presented in a timely and insightful manner
- Coordinate due diligence processes for any fundraising and capital-raising initiatives ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required documents
- Manage ongoing investor communications including answering inquiries and maintaining accurate investor databases
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial FP&A corporate finance or a related role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insightful reports and presentations
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Great attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience in fintech or payments is a plus
