Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Producerto control the production and delivery of high-impact content. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflows creative collaboration and stakeholder management ensuring that campaigns content and design initiatives are delivered on time on brand and on budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production of video digital and multimedia projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and on budget. Ensure high standards of quality control across all deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders. Translate briefs into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with creative marketing to align production with strategic goals.
- Anticipate and resolve production challenges proactively mitigating risks. Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and adapt plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate creative reviews feedback loops and approvals to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in content production.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and post-production processes.
- Excellent communication abilities organizational budgeting and time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of creative processes including design content creation video production or digital marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Experience working with both in-house and external creative teams is a plus
- Project management experience preferably in a creative marketing or media environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English communication and writing skills.
