Account Executive (Partnership Success Manager- UK)

The impact you will make:
As a Partnership Success Manager youll play a central role in growing and nurturing our network of host companies across the UK and Ireland. Youll build meaningful relationships expand our employer partnerships and directly shape internship opportunities that transform the lives of students from around the world.
This role is dynamic and commercially focused. Youll balance business development with relationship management overseeing the full B2B lifecycle from new outreach to ongoing account support. Alongside cultivating company partnerships youll work closely with our participants to guide each internship matching process ensuring an excellent experience for both interns and employers. Your work will drive our mission forwardconnecting talent with opportunity and creating lasting international impact.

- Localized Outreach & Relationship Building: Develop and execute culturally adapted outreach in the UK & Ireland emphasizing in-person trust-based engagement through both cold & warm outreach.
- Targeted Business Development: Achieve monthly business development goals through outreach on LinkedIn email phone and active participation in events and networking.
- Partnership Ecosystem Development: Build partnerships and referral schemes with key companies associations chambers of commerce and expat communities to build and sustain a strong local network.
- Key Account Management - Ongoing account management of key company relationships to help retain and grow our long-term partnerships within the region including site visits and feedback sessions.
- Internship Placement Management: Lead the full placement process in matching our students with host companies managing your pipeline of student applicants on an on-going basis.
- Pipeline & Business Development Execution: Conduct research discovery calls and tailored presentations to qualify leads progress them through the pipeline and onboard new partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track placement rates satisfaction and overall outcomes to identify opportunities for improved retention process and program improvement.

- A confident communicator with proven experience in B2B business development sales or account management.
- Results Orientated - strong attention to detail very target driven with a track record of delivering results individually and as a team.
- Someone who excels in face-to-face networking and relationship building especially across different cultures and industries.
- Fluent in English with strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit highly motivated proactive and able to thrive in a remote-first environment.
- Work authorization to work in the UK & do not require sponsorship
