Sales and marketing of Industrial chemicals in assigned areas of all products.
Visiting customers preparing customer profile.
Identifying new customer requirements and sustaining running business also.
Building a long term relationship base with the customers and developing new customers.
Collect due outstanding from the market on time. Define our credit terms to the customer for clarity and ensure recovery accordingly.
Remain informed and up-to-date with the market activities/trends competitors activities product knowledge and usage and keep the senior management informed through meaningful visit reports.
Not limited to above further as suitable to profile and company requirement. An extrovert person who takes initiatives to build the business.
Works within the defined systems and processes.
Must identify new opportunities; be persistent in developing new business.
Particular and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company.
Convince customers for repeat business.
Must have an attitude to achieve goals accompanied with ethical approach towards customers
Must have negotiation & presentation skills.
Must continuously make an effort to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform better.
Education: . (Chemistry) / . (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical) Preferably with an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
Salary: 7 To 8.40 LPA
Experience: 5 years selling in Chemical Industries at Vadodara and South Gujarat
