Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven customer-focused BDC Representative to support our sales and service this role youll be the first point of contact for many of our customershandling inbound inquiries making follow-up calls scheduling appointments and helping drive traffic to our showroom.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound internet leads phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule sales or service appointments with potential and existing customers
- Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and ensure a positive experience
- Accurately record customer information and communication in CRM system
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service call center or dealership BDC preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette and written communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Consenting to a background check
