Job Title
Senior Certification AnalystWhat does a successful Senior Certification Analyst do at Fiserv
You will be responsible for providing clients and stakeholders with a technical contact for their certification and integration onto the client certification platform.
What you will do:
- Manage client and internal team expectations meeting target dates.
- Ensuring all specifications and compliance mandates are met.
- Manage the overall certification and integration including discovery specification review and technical set up issue resolution product integration network configuration and reporting.
- Review and consult on transaction scripts format and responses based on transaction and payment scripting.
- Coordinate schedule and plan resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Partner with network production and other resources to manage client or vendor tests connectivity and go lives.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 2 years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience.
- Experience in working directly with clients and internal/external resources.
What would be great to have:
- Tandem mainframe experience
- EMV experience
How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range:
$72000.00-$105500.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
