Major Duties:

• Design and develop messaging and web service components based on design documents that fit within technical framework as outlined by technical architects
• Ensure code meets standards and is tested appropriate to the platform
• Provide technical guidance to the development team as required.
• A team player with an ability to own the design and code as per requirement given.
• Communicate status (written and verbal) to project team and management
• Continuously looks for ways to improve the applications stability scalability and user experience

Knowledge/Skills:

• Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of Spring framework messaging Java Application servers
• Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery

Required Skills:

• Agile Methodology
• Java Spring and messaging based development
• OAuth authentication with Azure for SSO
• xml/Json messaging
• knowledge of Azure
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Knowledge in Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
• REST web service Development

Preferred/ Recommended:

• Linux shell scripting
• JunitThe de-facto standard for unit testing Java applications
• Experience in wealth management
