Senior Welder/Fabricator Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Welder/Fabricator to join a growing fabrication shop in Poughkeepsie NY. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity for a professional who takes pride in precision welding and fabrication.

What Youll Do

Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel carbon steel and aluminum
Read and follow blueprints weld symbols and fabrication drawings
Build and fit complex assemblies with minimal supervision
Verify weld quality and meet internal and customer standards
Support junior welders and collaborate with engineering and quality teams

What Were Looking For

510 years of welding and fabrication experience
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions
Ability to work with tight tolerances and fabrication best practices
Familiarity with ASME/AWS code work a plus
Strong measuring layout and blueprint reading skills

Pay & Benefits

$25$35/hour based on experience
