Automotive Accounting & Title Specialist

Location: Avon IN

Champion Chevrolet of Avon a family-owned and award-winning dealership is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting & Title Specialist to join our Accounting/Administrative team. This role blends accounting and title functions supporting our Controller and helping keep the dealership running smoothly.

What Youll Do

Process vehicle deals incentives and sales tax accurately
Handle warranty/GAP submissions cancellations and refunds
Reconcile general ledger schedules and assist with monthly financial reports
Process funding for retail finance contracts; monitor Contracts-in-Transit
Complete title work promptly and accurately
Provide customer service to staff and customers regarding accounting and title issues

What Were Looking For

3 years in automotive accounting or title work (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with dealership DMS (Dealertrack DMS etc.) and Excel helpful
Team-player with professional communication skills
