Job Summary
Schedule: Full-time daylight hybrid position both office rotating to our 40 practices to work with office staff as well as remote when appropriate.

How youll contribute
A Billing Manager who excels in this role:
Act as liaison between Lifepoint Medical Group Services Co-Sourcing Model Team members third-party payers office hospital and physicians.
Meet established revenue cycle metrics and key performance indicators.
Participate in the planning and implementation of physician start-up i.e. set up provider numbers.
Assist with ongoing strategic planning concerning future growth and performance improvement as it relates to revenue cycle.
Keep abreast of significant changes in coding and billing policies and third-party regulations to ensure compliant billing practices are maintained and report these changes to all physician practice staff.

What were looking for
Applicants should have equivalent high school diploma and Associate Degree preferably in Health Care Management.
Five years billing experience in a multi-physician practice setting.
