Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Reports Directly To: Director of Engineering
Location: Remote
Hours Per Week: Full Time

Job Summary CRISP Shared Services (CSS) serves as the technology partner for health information exchange (HIE) affiliates in Maryland DC West Virginia Connecticut Alaska Virginia and other jurisdictions. CSS facilitates the electronic transfer of clinical information between disparate information systems in order to positively impact the healthcare system through improved patient care and outcomes reduced costs and data-driven understanding of regional public health concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Detailed design coding code optimization unit testing and code deployment
2. Full software lifecycle: requirements gathering analysis solution design development code reviews test automation and implementation using Agile methodologies (Scrum TDD BDD)
3. Review and provide feedback on other developers code
4. Help your team solve difficult problems learn from and mentor other developers
5. Communicate effectively with team members
6. Review designs of your peers as well as fix bugs and troubleshoot operational issues
7. Accountable solution-oriented team that meets goals focused on satisfying customer needs
8. Creative problem-solving working in a team

Qualifications

5 years of experience in applications development and implementation
5 years of experience using Apex Classes / Controllers Apex Triggers SOQL SOSL Test Classes Scheduled jobs Batch jobs and Email services
5 years of experience with Flows Dashboards Custom Objects and Custom Settings
5 years of experience with Aura Components and LWC
Experience developing in Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud
Experience integrating external applications with Salesforce using REST/SOAP API
Experience with Salesforce Shield
Experience with Service Cloud Voice
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Experience with Git and GitHub
Experience with CICD
Knowledge of Agile software development practices
Proven strong analytical and debugging skills

Experience and/or Education Requirements
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly recommended
Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification strongly recommended
