Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Invasive CV Lab Supervisor is accountable for the daily leadership and operations of departmental personnel inventory productivity quality and stewardship. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining and promoting a positive and forward-thinking culture within the department. Abides by all rules regulations and values set forth by CMS Joint Commission and all applicable accrediting organizations.
Job Requirements
- Recognized and applicable state licensure as a registered nurse credentialed as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT-R).
- For staff who are credentialed as an RT-R applicable state licensure for the operation of radiation producing equipment is also required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification upon hire.
