Job Summary

Northwest Naturals LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tree Top Inc.) is a leading supplier of fruit juice concentrates servicing both domestic and international manufacturers for products and applications such as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages sauces dressings bakery and confections.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our sales team in Bothell Washington.

The Sales Administrator develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers by providing exceptional service and support to business needs. Position efficiently processes incoming orders reviews inventory monitors contracts and pricing tracks status of production to ensure timely shipment of final product and works closely with Operations Logistics and Quality Control. Position provides solutions to customers queries and concerns and ensure customer is satisfied with the company products and services.

This position reports to the Sales Administrator Manager and does not supervise staff. The position works with NW Naturals staff and current and potential customers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

KNOWLEDGE OF:

Principles and practices of providing exceptional customer service including good phone etiquette.
Mathematics and cash management related to processing invoices payments inventory and pricing.
Principles and practices of office administrative and management practices and procedures including record keeping.
Effective business communication including verbal written and presentations.
Pertinent Federal State and local laws codes and regulations.

ABILITY TO:

Read understand interpret and apply customer specific guidelines rules contracts procedures and policies.
Accurately perform mathematical calculations.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion.
Identify research and analyze problems identify alternative solutions and project consequences of proposed actions.
Effectively organize plan and execute.
Use computers and computer software including word processing spreadsheets and databases including ten-key proficiency.
Meet behaviors established in NW Naturals performance management and development process.

EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATION/LICENSES AND TRAINING:

Associates degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience working with customers in a team environment and using office skills.
Experience with Excel Word and PowerPoint preferred.

PAY INFORMATION

Salary range: $54300 to $76000 annually

Target Starting Range: $56000 to $66000 annually ($26.92 to $31.73 per hour)

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location.
