Job Summary

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supervising field educators across hospitals and clinics

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to educators across hospitals/clinics
Ensure educator attendance performance and compliance with protocols
Conduct regular field visits for monitoring mentoring and on-ground leadership
Track KPIs analyze data and submit timely performance reports
Coordinate with clinic staff to resolve operational challenges
Remotely supervise educators in out-of-city locations as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors /Masters

Experiance :

2-3 years of experience in Pharma / FMCG sales & marketing (field experience preferred)

Candidate Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
Proven ability to manage coach and motivate field teams
Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
Skilled in digital tools (Excel Google Sheets dashboards etc.)
Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges with agility
Frequent travel within the assigned city for spot checks and evaluations

This is one year Contractual Position.
