Job Summary

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide essential care and support to service users assisting with daily activities and personal care while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with personal care and daily living tasks.

  • Promote choice independence and dignity at all times.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe caring environment.
  • Respond effectively to challenging behaviour using approved techniques.

Requirements

  • Care Certificate

  • Mandatory training (up to date)

  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training theory and practical completed
  • Previous experience in a similar support or care role is desirable.

  • Good communication skills and a caring patient approach.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days nights and weekends.
