Job Summary

The Opportunity

Were looking for a driven Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in the Gold Coast by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this role youll work closely with the broader sales team and will report directly to the Sales Manager in the Gold Coast. Youll join a dynamic environment where youll interact with key clients and stakeholders supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

What youll do:

  • Processing and managing advertising bookings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals.
  • Accurately maintaining client and revenue records.
  • Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team.

What youll bring:

You are an organised detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and who is ready to grow a career in media. Youll also have:

  • Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales customer service hospitality marketing etc).
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
  • A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
