We are seeking dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse I (RN I) or Licensed Practical Nurse II (LPN II) professionals to support high-quality patient care in a family-focused setting.
Summary of Duties:
- Deliver direct patient care and pediatric assessments
- Coordinate clinic workflow and manage provider scheduling
- Conduct lab procedures (e.g. strep RSV venipuncture urine/throat cultures)
- Triage patient calls and support prescription refill management
- Assist in care coordination including follow-ups from hospital visits
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and contribute to clinical meetings
- Cross-train and support other clinical tasks as needed
Qualifications - RN I:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Current BCLS certification
- Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment documentation and patient education
- Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare practices and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent plus an Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- 6-12 months of experience showing progression toward Level II RN competencies preferred
Qualifications - LPN II:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
- Current BCLS certification
- Proven proficiency in clinical task management prioritization and care coordination
- High-level competency in pediatric care scenarios and emergency response
- High school diploma or equivalent plus a degree in a chemical physical or biological science
- Documented demonstration of Level I LPN skills and responsibilities over 6-12 months
- Experience in staff mentorship and performing advanced clinical duties preferred
