We are looking for licensed RNs and LPNs at Levels I and II to deliver excellent patient care across multiple locations. This is a floating position supporting efficient clinic operations through direct patient care and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on clinical support and direct patient care
- Perform lab testing telephone triage and basic care coordination
- Maintain electronic medical records and assist in clinical operations
- Support providers with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Collaborate in a team-based care environment across clinics
Qualifications (by Level):
Licensed Practical Nurse Level I
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BCLS Certification
- Ability to perform basic clinical procedures (venipuncture kit testing)
- Strong interpersonal skills willingness to travel to other clinic sites
Licensed Practical Nurse Level II
- Meets all Level I requirements
- Demonstrated higher efficiency and accuracy in clinical tasks
- Proficient in complex triage lab interpretation and care coordination
- Ability to train new staff and serve as a clinical resource
- At least 6-12 months of experience at Level I required
Registered Nurse Level I
- Active North Carolina RN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BCLS Certification
- Knowledge of basic pediatric assessments and telephone triage
- Proficient in lab sample collection and EMR documentation
Registered Nurse Level II
- Meets all Level I requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in managing complex cases and leadership
- Strong skills in provider collaboration and advanced patient care planning
- Capable of coaching peers and supporting new staff training
- At least 6-12 months of experience at Level I required
