How youll contribute

AGraduate Nurse (GN)who excels in this role:

• Evaluate-- Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job

• performance recognizes performances.

• Assigns and Directs WorkCovers call-offs adjusts schedule as needed.

• Adjusts Grievances-- Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and

• grievance.

• Discipline-- Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling.

• Exercises Supervisory Authority-- Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment.

• Supervise staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit. Possess an associate or bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school.
