Your Profile
- Assist in the planning & coordination of Sunburn Campus/Reload shows to ensure timely execution.
- Support on-ground delivery of events including logistics backstage and vendor management.
- Drive promotion & outreach across social media campus networks and external colleges to maximize engagement.
- Represent the Sunburn brand with sponsors partners guests and participants at various events.
- Contribute creative ideas for stage setups competitions themes and marketing strategies.
- Help track and report on campaign and event performance.
Your Checklist
- Prior experience in events including volunteering or active participation will be a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for EDM music concerts and youth culture.
- Awareness of the college festival and nightlife ecosystem (promoters clubs/pubs fests).
- Basic knowledge of Sunburn and live event formats.
