Clinical Leader (RN) Home Health & Staffing
Location: Augusta GA Interim HealthCare
Interim HealthCare of Augusta is looking for an experienced Clinical Leader (RN) to take on the vital role of Clinical Manager/Supervising Nurse. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with a growing branch of a nationally recognized home care and staffing provider.
Were seeking someone who is both clinically skilled and entrepreneurially drivenready to shape the future of our office lead patient care and grow with us.
What Youll Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for skilled and unskilled home care services.
Partner with staffing clients (local/national hospitals clinics etc.) to ensure quality clinical support.
Supervise mentor and guide clinical staffensuring patient safety compliance and quality of care.
Coordinate and delegate patient admissions assessments supervisory visits and recertifications.
Collaborate with physicians referral sources and the business development team.
Ensure caregiver competency aligns with patient needs.
Review documentation enforce policies and provide staff education.
Participate in hiring onboarding and ongoing staff development.
Serve as a key after-hours resource (with delegated support as needed).
Maintain compliance with federal state and program requirements.
What Were Looking For
Active RN license (Georgia or Compact State).
2 years of clinical leadership/management experience.
Strong background in home health hospice or community-based care.
Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to grow patient census/operations.
Knowledge of Georgia Medicaid Waiver Programs (preferred).
Excellent communication critical thinking and organizational skills.
Current BLS/CPR clear background check drug screen and TB clearance.
